Beth Wimmer (USA) & Lindsay Ferguson (CAN)

Beth Wimmer traverses a panoramic, emotional palette with her gut-straight songs of humanness, hope and humor – and personal and spiritual redemption. Her music vibrates within the unique genre of Americana – embracing Alt-Country, Rock, and Folk music.

Wimmer has east-cost USA childhood roots, growing up with her poet mother and folk-singing grandfather, but became a Southern California resident at 18 years old. Honing her singing and songwriting in Los Angeles, Wimmer recorded 3 albums and an LP there, and performed live all over California and nationwide. Wimmer’s style is edgy yet welcoming – progressive Folk on the express line to Americana~Rock. Her songs are free spirited yet direct, delivered with feeling and character, and her precise, smoky-savory vocals.

Lindsay Ferguson is a gifted singer with a voice big enough to meander between hip hop, rock and folk. Her music embodies an eccentric sound with an ability to break you and put you together again, in the length of a song. At times haunting and at times playful, the poetry and lyrics to her music resonate deeply, evoking feelings of profound connectedness. Born in Bermuda and raised in Prince Edward County, Ontario Lindsay now splits her time between Wakefield, Quebec and Bern, Switzerland. Lindsay found her calling from a very young age. A singer from the start, she would find that esoteric connection to the feelings and potential that music brings. She decided to dive into music full time, over ten years ago, and has since recorded three full length records and several EP’s. Currently, Lindsay is writing new songs for a release to be introduced in 2018.
